The staff were very kind, and I liked the range of soaps, conditioner, and moisturizers. The inn's overall setup was great, though a few things fell short. In the deluxe room, the minibar was actually a wine cooler that only got down to 12 degrees. The bottled water in the room was at room temperature, which wasn't great after a whole day at the beach.

The owners clearly put a lot of care and hard work into making guests' stays enjoyable, and they pay attention to the details. It's a lovely little hotel in a quiet part of Buzios, with excellent views. I'd recommend it 100%.

The rooms were really nice and the place felt cozy, but there was no lunch or dinner service because the cook was on vacation. The minibar didn't work, and the shower drain was blocked, so the bathroom flooded.
