The location is great, and Dilsa gave us a really warm welcome. We loved our stay.

8/10
The place is good value, and the location, welcome, and cleanliness were all very good. The Wi-Fi was painfully slow, though, and the TV was old and tiny, with only four channels.

The price and service both get top marks from me. Air conditioning would make it perfect.

6/10
The owner and caretaker were very attentive, but the accommodation itself was only reasonable. I don’t plan to come back.

The accommodation was comfortable, and both the owner and caretaker were kind, polite, and welcoming. Ubatuba’s beach was beautiful, with crystal-clear water.
