The photos don't match the place, and the rooms are really old!

We had a great five-day stay. The inn is in an excellent spot, the room was comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the facilities were lovely. The staff, especially Julia, Omar, and Nani, were so friendly. Breakfast was quite complete, and the afternoon snack was a great extra. Service was very good, and they even lend out beach chairs and lounge chairs. Thanks so much!

The location made everything easy, with the center close by and the inn practically right on the beach. We already knew Buzios, but this was a perfect place to stay. Everyone was attentive and impeccable, especially Nanny Julia and Omar, who welcomed us warmly and helped us throughout our visit. Breakfast was homemade, delicious, and complete, and the place was very clean. They also offer excursions and other services, and provide beach towels and lounge chairs when needed. We left happy and keen to come back. Highly recommend!

The location is great, with Rua das Pedras close enough to reach on foot, and breakfast was excellent. The staff were always attentive, helpful, polite, and kind. Just keep expectations in check, because the property needs attention. In room 1, the outlets were loose, the walls had lots of mold, and the water wasn't always clear. A note for owner Adriano: please take a closer look at the accommodations when you can. Future guests will appreciate it.
