My father had already paid when he made the reservation, but the inn didn't recognize that payment, so we ended up paying twice by mistake. Once we confirmed the double charge, we asked for a refund. They were kind at first, but from Sunday through Thursday we waited for a solution, and every attempt fell through. It felt very dismissive. Since the inn charged us twice, they should have found a way to refund the money by the next day at the latest. Nobody was rude to me, but they kept stringing us along. I think the problem may be with the finance department, but it still caused me harm because they held on to money that wasn't theirs. They could have returned it by Pix or in cash. The inn's security also wasn't good. Sometimes no one was at reception, so anyone could come in. I wouldn't recommend it because that took away some of my peace of mind. To be fair, the man at reception is very kind, and I don't think this was his fault. I had set that money aside for my vacation and still haven't got it back. It was a needless, senseless hassle.

The location is good and most of the staff are friendly, but the manager, or at least I think she was the manager, was very rude. On our last day, Friday, we came back from the beach to find no water in our shower because air had got into the pump. A man was trying to fix it. When we asked reception if they could sort something out, she told us we needed to vacate the room for the new guests. We had to be at the bus station by 2 p.m., so I suggested using the shared shower. Without that idea, we would have been sent out still covered in sand and salt water. The guest needed more consideration. The pump issue had been going on since we arrived Tuesday. The towels could smell fresher, and I saw ants in the bathroom. At breakfast, flies were landing on uncovered food, and I found an ant in my chocolate cake. They should cover the food.
