We had a wonderful experience, and the hotel was a great place to relax and enjoy ourselves. The restaurant was excellent, with delicious food and top-level service. Special thanks to Shirlei, Juliana, and Fernando for being so kind, quick, and thoughtful. They really raise the standard of the place. Highly recommend!
4/10
The hotel has nice infrastructure, very clean, spacious rooms, and a boutique feel. But the service overshadows all of that, and not in a good way. There were seven of us at lunch on our first day, and we were the only guests. Our order came an hour and a half late, and they left out one of the dishes and the drinks. Breakfast is à la carte, with just a few options shown. There were about 20 guests and only two people serving and replenishing the food. Orders took at least 20 minutes, often longer, and what arrived was small and sometimes wrong. This isn’t a budget hotel, and they don’t seem ready to handle guests. I’ve attached a video.

The pool is a perfect place to unwind, and the rooms are really comfortable. Everything was very clean, well cared for, and the facilities are complete. The service was wonderful too. This hotel is really something special. I’d absolutely come back and recommend it to everyone!
