The team made us feel like part of a family, with kindness and a smile whenever we needed help. The owner is easy to reach and often on site, keeping an eye on things and making ongoing improvements. It's clear how much care goes into the place. Pousada Suites Casa do Barão is beautiful, charming, and very well cared for. From arrival, we felt at home. The location is excellent, close to everything but peaceful enough to relax and enjoy Búzios. It was also convenient to arrange airport transfers and tours, including options that pick you up at the pousada. Just ask the management, and they'll gladly help organize things. I highly recommend Pousada Suites Casa do Barão to anyone visiting Búzios. The stay was full of beauty, warmth, and genuine hospitality. I'll definitely return.

We were nervous about what to expect on our first trip abroad, but couldn't have picked a better place to stay with my family. Everyone welcomed us warmly, we slept well, and breakfast was great, especially the delicious cakes. The price was wonderful too. Congratulations to everyone there!

The gardens at pousada “Suites Casa do Barão” were so well cared for, and the quiet, birdsong, and greenery made it a really relaxing place. Our room was large and airy, with clean bed and bath linens and air conditioning. The whole place felt cozy and peaceful. Breakfast was made with so much care: Caio's delicious homemade jams, Diana's wonderful cakes, fresh rolls, fruit, cheese, and natural juices. Everyone looked after us warmly and made us feel at home, like they were a family themselves. Thank you so much Caio, Diana and Sunami for making our stay so lovely. You're wonderful, and I hope to stay with you again!

Honestly, I don't recommend it. I hated the experience. Breakfast came with lots of promises but delivered absolutely nothing, and they don't seem used to hosting many people at once. The rooms were tiny and not cozy at all, with no ventilation and a strong mold smell. The pool water was cloudy. I have a pool myself, so I know when one is really clean. They don't handle criticism well. Instead of apologizing or even saying they'd try to improve, they argue and debate, convinced they're right. It wasn't just me, either. I heard other guests describe things even worse than what happened to me. I won't return. The only people I can praise are two employees. The receptionist was very friendly and polite. Another person in charge was rude and arrogant, and didn't know how to speak to people or listen. I'm very disappointed. The place has a lot going for it, including a good location, but unfortunately it's very poorly managed.
