We stayed with my family for four days. The view impressed us at first, and a Portuguese guy welcomed us warmly and gave us a lot of attention. Once we saw the room, though, it was clear some things needed work. The towels were clean but badly discolored, the TV wasn't smart, and the shower had very little water pressure. Breakfast was disappointing, with little variety, and the staff weren't very friendly. There were no snacks, lunch, or drinks, and the place gave an abandoned impression, as if nobody was keeping an eye on the details that make a difference. A lot of maintenance is needed. They have everything it takes to be one of the best, but the inn needs much more attention and care.

The breakfast was really good, and the pool was very nice. Most of the staff were friendly too, apart from the cleaning staff, though nobody spoke Spanish. But the rest of the stay was a mess, and I wouldn't recommend going. I was disappointed and regret choosing this place. Photos attached. The inn looks run down, and the photos of the rooms and other areas are old. The rooms were filthy and cleaning was awful, with limescale and rust stains everywhere. All three rooms my family used had terrible bathroom smells, like sewage, apparently from poorly maintained drains. The beach the place sits on, one of its main attractions besides the price, was awful, and there was never anyone there at any time of day. The location was bad too, with everything so far away we couldn't get around without Uber. Most restaurants wouldn't deliver to the hotel, and the kitchen closed early, so it was either pizza every day or a trip all the way downtown. There was only one trash can in the whole hotel. At 9:30 pm, we couldn't throw out a water bottle because it was overflowing by 10 cm. There was also an opossum problem, with a nest above the playroom. During several days of rain, the roof began to sag and leak so badly it made waterfalls. The beds wobbled and creaked because their legs were misaligned. The toilets barely worked: the water pressure was so poor that it could take 3 or 4 flushes. The showers had soap scum and the temperature wasn't regulated properly. The only remotely interesting thing to do was play pool; there wasn't anything else like it.
