The service was wonderful, and the hotel felt very cozy. Breakfast was great too. Special thanks to the guy who helped us on Saturday night, 21/02. He surprised my daughter by making her a little cake. Thank you so much for such a warm welcome 😊

The whole team was first-rate, from the housekeepers to the kitchen staff. Fernando, Clesio, Lucas, Pedro, and the others were attentive, helpful, and polite. The rooms were excellent, the service was wonderful, and the location was exceptional. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the stay was excellent value.

I stayed here many years ago, so I was impressed by how much everything has improved. The place is lovely and pleasant, everything was clean and organized, and the service was impeccable. Breakfast was fantastic, and the location is a real advantage. I'm happy with the experience.

This was disrespectful and really upsetting. I updated my card, but the reservation was still canceled, even though the bank had not been contacted even once to try the payment. I understand demand is high and daily prices have gone up, so it seemed more convenient to cancel and sell the room to someone else for more. That kind of treatment shows a real lack of respect and consideration.

My partner and I spent a week here and left very happy with our stay. The hotel is beautiful, the welcome was warm, and the service was excellent. Breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of food.
