Cynthia at reception really stayed with us. She was amazing, and the whole team was warm, attentive, and professional from the moment we arrived. We felt welcome and looked after, and the food was made with real care. Everything else was just as good: the location, the charming atmosphere, and the service at Villa da Santa in Búzios. A clear 10 out of 10 for us. We’d love to return and highly recommend this special place.
10/10
The food was delicious, but the standout was how caring and friendly everyone was. That kind of service is rare. Vila da Santa felt quiet, romantic, and full of charm during our two nights there. Such a special hotel, and we’d come back.

Right by the beach, they can set up chairs and umbrellas for you and bring drinks and snacks. The staff are wonderfully friendly, and the rooms feel elegant, with unusual little details throughout. It’s a lovely boutique hotel in the old town with an authentic feel.

My wife and I especially want to thank the staff. Yuri and Vanusa at reception, and Sofia and Charlie at the restaurant, were all so kind and attentive while staying professional. We also loved the amazing breakfast, the peaceful setting, the private beach access, and the very good location. One of the best hotels we stayed at on our South America trip. Grazie!

Breakfast was a pleasure each morning, delicious, varied, and excellent quality. The hotel is right beside the beach, in a beautiful, peaceful spot, and the staff were exceptional, friendly, attentive, and always ready to do a little more. A perfect stay at Vila da Santa. I’d happily return and recommend it.
