The team was a real highlight, especially Gustavo. He was polite, friendly, and helpful with everything, from restaurant suggestions and directions to taking our bags up to the room when we arrived before check-in and went straight to the beach. We recommend the inn without hesitation. Afterward, we stayed at two hotels in Porto Seguro, and neither came close to the Pousada or the service we had there. The location is excellent, right between the beach and the center. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the water and another 10 minutes to a wonderful restaurant in the "centrinho." It feels close to everything while still being peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by nature. The inn is cozy with great facilities, and our room had air conditioning and was comfortable. The bathroom is small, but it didn’t affect our stay. We were there just before carnaval and were sorry we couldn’t stay longer because it was full. Breakfast was good, though I think a few more little cakes or a bit more variety would have been nice. We understand that may be hard with the number of guests and the size of the team. The fresh juices were DELICIOUS, as were the tapiocas made to order.

The inn is tucked among the trees, so it’s very green and quiet, and it’s about a 10 minute walk to the beach, near the center too. Everyone was very attentive, and the service was really good. Breakfast was good as well, especially the omelet with confit tomato, which was delicious. The room was clean and the linens were good, but there was no window, so it smelled musty.

The evenings are peaceful and quiet here, a little away from the hustle and bustle. Casa la Luna is clean, comfortable, and cozy, set in nature but still near everything we needed in Arraial d’Ajuda. The staff are wonderful. The receptionists were so helpful, and Maria is an absolute delight. The kitchen staff were lovely too, and make the best cuscuz in Brazil! Breakfast was delicious. And then there’s “Aparecido,” the super cute, friendly, beautiful, cuddly, gorgeous cat. He charms everyone staying there and makes the place feel even cozier! I highly recommend it.

We had a small issue with our room, but manager Gustavo sorted it out quickly and professionally. He moved us to a better room and gave us a food and drink credit, which made a real difference. We were very grateful for how we were welcomed and treated. The inn was so cozy and peaceful, just right for a relaxing stay. Everyone was friendly, polite, and ready to help. Special thanks to Gustavo, Maria, Mateus, Antônia, Daise, and Daniel for being so kind and attentive throughout our stay. We’ll definitely come back as soon as we can, and I recommend it without hesitation!

The staff welcomed us so warmly, and we had a wonderful vacation in this beautiful sister country. Service was excellent across reception, kitchen, cleaning, and grounds maintenance. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and the attentive cooks even made tapioca for us. Our room was spotless, with comfortable beds and air conditioning. The peaceful surroundings, beautiful garden, and pool were all very well maintained.
