The staff were caring and diligent throughout, from the manager and front desk team to the cleaning ladies. My daughter had a great time playing in the beautifully kept garden, and the pool was a nice surprise. Our apartment was very clean and thoughtfully organized. We had an excellent stay at Ouro Sobre Azul residence.

The manager treated us extremely well, and everyone made our family feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We were able to check in early, which made things much more comfortable and relaxed. The accommodation was clean, pleasant, organized, and comfortable, with a good setup for a family. Everything matched the description, and our requests were handled promptly and kindly. The instructions were clear, and the location felt safe and peaceful, with the ferry just a 5-8 minute walk away. We had a very positive stay and would happily return. I’d recommend it to other families.

We especially appreciated the morning and afternoon receptionists, including Joao Pedro, for being so attentive to what we needed. Everyone at Ouro Sobre Azul was friendly and helpful, and they made our stay feel special. The pousada is peaceful, spacious, comfortable, and well equipped, with direct ocean access. We loved this stretch of beach for swimming and walking. It’s easy to get to the center of Arraial by shuttle, and the ferry is only 200 meters away. We highly recommend it and hope to return.
