The breakfast was so good, with amazing juices and an impressive range of cakes. I also got to try the French toast, the best I’ve ever had. The reception team, hosts, and staff were all polite and welcoming. The pousada is close to the beaches, restaurants, shops, and Rua Mucugê, yet it’s very quiet. The rooms are spacious and impeccably clean. This was my second visit to Arraial d'ajuda. I came to see the pousada last year, and even then I could tell it was a great place to stay. We’re already missing this little paradise and will be back!

Shirley at reception can sort out anything, and the owner’s family are absolute sweethearts. This is a beautiful, well-kept pousada where you feel like part of the family, with a lovely pool. Having a kitchen where you can heat water for mate or prepare something was really convenient, and there’s also a grill. It’s well located near restaurants and calle mucuge, and just a few blocks from the beach. Staying here was a lovely experience.

We could get everywhere on foot from this pousada, which is in a great location. We spent seven days here and everything was wonderful. All the staff welcomed us so warmly. We loved everyone! Breakfast was delicious, and we’ll definitely return another time.
