Viverdi Hotel

Breakfast was simple but met expectations. There’s parking on a steep street, and I’d suggest driving in downhill since it’s easier. The family apartment wasn’t arranged as requested: we asked for one triple room and one double, but the rooms weren’t big enough for three people. If they can’t accommodate that, they shouldn’t offer it. The apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom, living room, and a tiny kitchen, but it’s in an annex away from the main building. There are a lot of stairs to get there, with no accessibility, and nobody told us beforehand. It really is a lot of steps.

The breakfast was standard. It’s hard to find your way around inside the hotel, and the parking setup needs improvement.

Terrible service. They didn’t honor what we’d agreed for the reservation. I made a preliminary booking, and we set a payment date after they confirmed twice that the date I suggested was fine. Then they canceled without telling me or showing any consideration. Communication and clarity were lacking.

The room was spacious and had a minibar, TV, and air conditioning. The bed was large with a good mattress, the shower had hot water, and breakfast was simple but satisfying. I liked the hotel and felt the price was fair. Just an observation, not a complaint: the water pressure was weak at both the shower and sink, which bothered me a little. Maybe it’s because the water tank is above the room, so there isn’t much pressure from the drop. Thanks for the great service!
