Villa Pantai Boutique Hotel Atins

The hotel is attractive and comfortable, but the staff seemed unprepared, as if no manager was guiding them. We celebrated our pearl wedding anniversary there, and the anniversary dinner was a bad experience. We ordered risotto, but the dishes were poorly put together; afterward, the cook herself said it was her first time making that dish, which points to a management failure. The bigger problem was checkout. We told two different employees twice that we'd leave at 6 a.m. and needed to pay the bill early or the night before. Still, nobody was there to take payment when we left. We told the kitchen worker we'd be leaving without paying the extras because there was no one available. I had to message them so we wouldn't be marked as delinquent, then paid by Pix. They only replied at 11:30 a.m. They'd also promised us breakfast despite the early hour, but hadn't told the kitchen worker, so we didn't get breakfast either. There's a long way to go before this is a hotel of reference. Gilmar was the only employee who seemed well prepared. What a shame!

The hotel team were polite, helpful, and attentive, especially Gilmar and the kind, capable manager Amanda. The rooms are cozy and well equipped, with bathrooms that feel like private spas. I especially enjoyed having a private pool on the balcony, and got to relax a lot in the room. The hotel is beautiful and well located, with a spa, gym, restaurant, green space, a short sauna, places to rest, and a natural pool unlike anything I've seen. Companhia da Lagosta was the best restaurant I ate at on the whole trip. I tried other spots in Atins, but none matched its flavor and presentation. The internet also worked really well, which mattered because I had important meetings during my stay. It was a memorable, fantastic experience. I already want to return, and loved the hotel, its people, restaurant, and Atins as a whole.

My husband, son, and I had a wonderful stay. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the food was delicious and beautifully presented. I especially loved the lobster. My son loved the lagoon-shaped pool and didn't want to leave it. The hotel is well maintained, with thoughtful details, and our spacious, comfortable room was a cozy place to rest. We'd definitely come back.

Set amid scenery inspired by the natural beauty of the Lençóis, the hotel combines comfort and luxury with a stunning location. The natural pool is a major attraction, and I was glad I chose this place for my trip. I definitely recommend the Villa Pantai Atins for a taste of luxury and comfort in a breathtaking natural setting.
