Kasa Hostel Bar e Karaoke

I’m responding to the owner, Oscar. My visit was legitimate and polite, and I had no problem with the employee, who stayed professional and respectful throughout. I paid my full bill. The only amount I disputed was the R$25.00 entrance fee, which hadn’t been disclosed at the entrance or on social media and which I consider abusive under consumer protection law. I did not assault the owner or cause a disturbance. If Oscar says otherwise, I ask him to provide concrete evidence. Public accusations without proof amount to slander and defamation. There is also no court record against me. If there is a police report or other incident on record, please provide the case number. Vague claims don’t replace facts. Trying to discredit me publicly doesn’t erase the establishment’s conduct or the disputed charge. I stand by my rating and continue to warn other customers.

At Kasa Hostel, Oscar and João Paulo made us feel like part of the family. Dona Ciça’s breakfast was the best, and the Karaojê had a perfect vibe, with good-looking people, cold beer, and very fair prices. I had such a great stay. Already want to go back.

Oscar and João were a real highlight. They’re both kind, attentive, and genuinely care about the guests, always ready with a smile and good recommendations. The place itself was clean, comfortable, and well organized, with such a nice atmosphere that I wanted to stay longer. Great location too, close to everything I needed. Fantastic experience, highly recommend.

I love staying here and am always coming back. The service is what I really like about the place!
