The attentive service makes this place feel like home, and it has everything I need for a vacation. The location is excellent, close to restaurants, a bakery, a pharmacy, the central beach and more. The apartment is simple, but clean and well looked after. I stay here whenever I come to BC, and the staff are very considerate. Having a garage in the building is a big plus. I recommend it. Just bring an extra blanket if you're visiting in cold weather.

Everything you need is nearby, so you can get around on vacation without a car. The location is central and close to the beach, and the apartments are roomy, with large balconies and parking inside the building. But there’s no air conditioning. We had a hot summer and couldn’t sleep at night because of the heat, and that will affect whether I visit again.

Being just a block from the beach and close to the center, with a nice view and a garage, were the good parts. If you're bringing a truck, ask to use garage 1. We arrived tired at night and found there were no sheets, so we had to pay extra for sheets and towels. On the 12th floor, one elevator wasn't working properly. When we told the receptionist, he said we needed to speak to "the company" 🤌🤌. The master bedroom had air conditioning, but the fan in the other bedroom didn't work. It was very hot at night, and we couldn't sleep well. We asked for a replacement fan for five of our seven days there before they finally brought one, reluctantly. The mattresses were also very thin and uncomfortable.

We loved the spacious apartment and its balconies overlooking the sea and Av. Brasil. The kitchen was fully equipped, too. We stayed with my family this February, and the place was lovely. Definitely recommend it! We'll be back next year, no doubt.
