Pousada Santa Cecília

My daughter is a patient at Hospital do Amor, and we always stay at the pousada. It’s in a great location and is quiet and cozy.

We were treated very well from the first conversation about booking through the end of our stay. Gustavo and his mother Marilene deserve congratulations for the accommodation. Everything was exactly as agreed. We went for Festa do Peão, and the location was great for the price. It didn’t disappoint, and I’d definitely recommend it. The only note is that cars can get blocked in the garage. The street is very quiet if you’d rather park outside. The kitchen is well equipped, and the laundry area works well. I hope to come back.

The place is quiet, and for the price I think four stars is fair. The main issue is the garage: every time someone wants to leave, cars have to be moved, and if the owner of the blocking car is asleep when you arrive late, you may have to leave your car outside. Another serious problem is the glass windows. If you want to sleep in, the light comes in, which is really unpleasant.

Simple, but very tidy and well organized, with a bathroom in every room. It’s cozy and really peaceful, and quite close to the cancer hospital. I recommend it to anyone needing somewhere to stay for tests or appointments.
