The location worked well, close to food trucks and a mall. Parking was awkward, though, with a big gap from the street to the garage entrance and narrow spaces. We also found it inconvenient that the electricity shuts off when you take your key card out of the room. They didn’t have enough cards to give us two.

We had a clean, spacious room, and the front desk was helpful with good dining suggestions. There’s covered parking at no extra charge. Breakfast was delicious, with eggs, fruit, yogurt, and cold cuts, although the coffee could be better.

The airport distance listed by the hotel is very misleading. It says an eight minute walk, but that refers to the old airport, which no longer has commercial flights and is only used by private planes. Commercial flights use Bauru/Arealva airport instead. That’s 20 km from the Comfort hotel, or about a five hour walk.

A decent place to sleep while traveling, and the price is good. The rooms are clean with average equipment, but maintenance is behind and the parking setup isn’t good.

The hotel is new, but the service was very bad. At 10 pm, I arrived with my husband and our five year old daughter, and the receptionist wouldn’t let us see the room before checking in, so we couldn’t reserve it. 👎👎👎👎
