Hotel Nações Plaza

It's a quiet place.

The room cleaning was awful, and hygiene was nonexistent. The toilet was clogged and overflowing, so I couldn't even take a shower. I had trouble at check-in too: I booked through booking, but they didn't want to accept the reservation and tried to charge a higher rate. Terrible service. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

This was a bad experience, and I don't recommend it or plan to return. The place is run-down and old, with no maintenance even on basic items. The room was tiny and had no window, just a small high-up opening beside the shower. The electric shower had exposed wiring, barely warmed the water, and put out very little. The toilet was in the same space as the room with no divider or door. Several bulbs were out, a light fixture was broken, and the walls were stained and peeling from damp. Thankfully, I only had to stay one night. Otherwise, I would have left.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The room was small, with a tiny window, and the bed was awful. The shower didn't work, the old air conditioner smelled musty, and breakfast was terrible too.
