It's a historic building with free parking inside, and public transportation is nearby. The hotel is simple rather than fancy, but it was very clean, with a good breakfast and a wonderful mattress. The price for what you get is amazing. The location and staff are great too, and everyone was friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay again. Special greetings to Silvana, Oscar and Irmã Luciana. Thanks so much, and God bless you all!

The staff were all very attentive, and I loved how peaceful the place was. You could mostly hear the parakeets. It has a great location, almost across from the Museu de Zoologia da USP and close to the Museu do Ipiranga. My room was simple and small, with two beds, a dresser, chair, mirror, wardrobe, and a fan that I didn't need because it was cold in SP. The bathroom was shared, with separate men's and women's facilities. Breakfast was simple but very good, and the front desk is open 24 hours. There are plenty of shared spaces: a lounge with a sofa and TV, a well-equipped kitchen area, a room with books, and a sweet little garden. There's also a basic laundry area with washbasins, a clothesline, a spin dryer, and ironing space with irons and boards. Outside, there's a courtyard with those public-square exercise machines and a chapel.
