Pousada Villa Mariposa

Fine.

The issue at check-in made things stressful, though once the person in charge arrived and gave guidance, everything was sorted out. When we arrived, the receptionist didn't know which room we were meant to have, so we had to wait while she contacted the manager. She said she was responsible for breakfast, but seemed unprepared for reception. We were then shown a room that smelled musty, had no bathroom door, and only had one double bed even though the booking was for three people. When I complained, she didn't know how to handle it. Aside from that episode, the inn is good.

The room was clean, the air conditioning and bathtub both worked, and the pool was nice. The guy who welcomed us was attentive, and I loved my stay. The place is beautiful. One thing to fix: the Master Suite needs maintenance. Since breakfast guests come and go, the tables should be cleaned after each use for whoever comes next.

The pool area was clean and well looked after, a nice place to unwind at the end of the day. My room was clean and smelled fresh, with a comfortable bed and air conditioning that worked perfectly. There was free parking and Wi-Fi, and the TV was logged into the inn's streaming accounts, including Netflix. Pousada Villa Mariposa is peaceful, cozy, and close to Praia das Fontes, one of the prettiest places in Beberibe. The staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to help. Great comfort and service for the price. I'd happily recommend it and will definitely come back. 💙
