The team made the biggest difference during my 13 days here. They were consistently polite, helpful, and attentive whenever I needed something. It was clear the hotel had invested in training and that the staff took its service values seriously. Joyce and Ruama were wonderful during my stay. I may have the latter’s name slightly wrong, and I heard she no longer works at the hotel. I also met manager Léo, who seemed very much in line with the hotel’s approach. My few interactions with Paulinha and Marcos were positive too. I work in people development, so I know how much an engaged team matters. The hotel is new, and the building is modern and well maintained. I didn’t have a noise problem myself, but there’s a gas station on the avenue that plays loud music, especially on weekends. That’s outside the hotel’s control. Guests on that side may hear more, so I’d suggest asking for a room in the opposite corridor. After 13 days, breakfast naturally stopped feeling new, though the staff worked hard to keep it pleasant. Along with the usual items, they’d ask if I wanted tapioca beiju or an omelet made to order. Even when there were no eggs available, I asked and they prepared one right away. I liked having plain yogurt, but homemade yogurt might reduce the waste from individual pots that aren’t finished. The cakes were too simple for my taste and could be better. More fitness, functional, or low-carb choices would help, as would green juice, which even simpler hotels often have, and a functional cake like banana with oats. The gym was one reason I chose the hotel, but I only got to use it once before it closed for a move to another room. Management should urgently assess the equipment quality. If the same equipment stays, the hotel may be less appealing to guests who care about working out. One very thoughtful gesture: when manager Léo realized I wanted to keep up my routine, he arranged a ride with a staff member to take me to a nearby gym and bring me back. My stay was very positive overall, and I’d return, especially for the excellent service. There are a few things to improve, mainly breakfast and the gym, but they didn’t spoil the experience. I hope the team keeps up the same level of care, and I’ll recommend the hotel to my coworkers.

This was my second stay here, and I’ll be back again. Leonardo, the manager, was very attentive, and Ana Paula from housekeeping was so helpful. The room, towels, and sheets were all perfect. I was treated really well.

The hotel is nicely located close to the airport, and the transfer was the best I’ve ever had. Breakfast was a feast, with juice, cold cuts, fruit, and cakes in several flavors. The chocolate cake with icing was delicious, like something a grandma would make. Please pass on a hug to whoever baked it! From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, polite, and attentive. At reception they greeted me with a delicious cappuccino, other coffee choices, and cold, lovely flavored water. After check-in, a porter brought my bags up. My room was spotless and smelled fresh, with immaculate bedding and a clean pillow, and the bathroom was just as clean and fresh. I felt at home. Thank you for offering so much to your guests.

Joice looked after me really well and made my stay easier with a fantastic bonus that let me enjoy more time in the city. The guys at reception were polite too. I was welcomed warmly, the shower was good, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. There was always espresso available, and breakfast had a good range of options.
