The reception team were really welcoming and helpful, and the WiFi and air conditioning worked great. The room was lovely, with a decent shower too. It has a nice pousada feel in Belém’s old centre. The breakfast staff seemed a bit less friendly, but they were still okay.

It's a lovely, clean and safe hotel that doesn't cost too much. The staff were kind and very helpful. Nearby sights were an easy walk, roughly 30 minutes away.

We'd stayed here before, and the location suited what we needed. Breakfast was great, and the service was so nice that they even tried speaking English with us. The rooms were average, with soft beds and a small shower. We did find two big spiders and a large cockroach in our room.

The hotel isn't a good choice for families or kids, and the pool hours are limited. Our showers never got very warm, and breakfast ended before the advertised closing time. The rooms also let sound through so easily that after you sneeze, the front desk may call to say people complained you were too loud.

We had a really good stay, with comfortable accommodation and excellent service. The restaurant brought together different flavors and traditions, and the food was very good.
