The building has a 24-hour staffed entrance, parking, two elevators, internal video security, and an intercom linking apartments to reception. Residents also have a shared pool on the top floor, a sauna, an American-style laundry room with machines, and several large rooms and halls for events. Internet and cooking gas are included through the condominium, and optional housekeeping and cleaning are available. The apartments have one bedroom, a bathroom, kitchen, balcony, and living and dining area. It’s in an upscale part of Belo Horizonte, with easy access by public and private transport and close to what you need. It’s an excellent place to rent with lots of infrastructure nearby. Metropolitan Flat used to operate as an apart hotel managed by a third-party company. Now the same facilities at the same location are a condominium, and owners rent the apartments directly.

I honestly don’t understand why it’s permanently closed. Bristol Metropolitan used to be a great hotel, with spacious suites and an aparthotel layout: a small sitting room, bathroom, and tiny kitchen. It also had a very good restaurant and views. The location was privileged. Now it’s PERMANENTLY CLOSED!!!

There’s plenty of space and everything was very clean. I just wish reception had been more welcoming, said good evening, and asked if we needed any help.

They should start breakfast earlier and offer better choices. The restaurant should also open on Sundays.

The location is great, but the internet and service both fall short.
