How are people supposed to get in touch when there isn't even a phone number?

4/10
The location is great, and the price is economical. But there’s no elevator on the floors and no staff member to help with luggage. The cleaning wasn’t good either. When I arrived, the bathroom smelled awful, and the shower didn’t work properly.

The rooms are cozy, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the people are really friendly and easy to talk to. It’s an exceptional place, and I plan to return. I can’t get a reservation through the hotel apps, though. Are activities still suspended? Is there a phone number I can call?
