They had already charged the full room balance before I arrived, then still required another card payment as a holding fee. I tried to explain that I couldn't really afford to tie up more money while traveling on a tight budget, but I wasn't given a choice. The manager was rude and talked down to me. I was told the fee would go back into my account right away, but it took a whole month, leaving me short of money. It was stressful, and the customer service was terrible. I will never stay here again.

The hotel feels old and dated, but the price and location make it worth staying at when you're in Belo Horizonte.
