The staff were super friendly. I got there before check in time, and Danielle helped me get a room, thank you! It’s right in the heart of the city centre, close to good bars and restaurants, and not too far from the mercado Municipal.

Great service, a good price, and a good hotel.

For a low cost hotel, I didn’t expect anything different. The service desk was excellent, though. Jordânia was amazing, five stars for her!

The room feels a bit like a prison cell, but you get what you pay for, and everything in it worked. My key card quit working three times, which got annoying. Once, I was stuck in the lift for about 5 minutes. The staff were always polite and friendly, and most spoke some English too. What I really liked was the buffet at the main normal ibis kitchen each night. Amazing value at 55 reals.

I’ve been an All Accor customer for many years and always prefer to stay with them wherever I go. But for some time now, we’ve had to bring our own pillows. The IBis Savassi pillows are very, very bad!
