The location is perfect, and the staff are friendly. That’s all. The rooms are small, and the bedside table was broken, so there wasn’t even a safe place to put the TV remote. There were no shower or shampoo toiletries. The WiFi NEVER WORKED. We complained and heard other people complain too. Staff tried to help, but it didn’t work at any point during our stay, so we had no internet connection. It’s an expensive hotel for what it offers. I don’t recommend it.

The internet was pretty awful, I’ve had better in Africa. The walls between rooms are so thin they feel like paper, so it’s like living in the same room as other people.

The room felt cramped and poorly laid out. Water from the shower dripped into the room, and I could hear people in other rooms through the thin walls. Breakfast and parking both cost extra. It wasn't a good stay.

The staff were helpful and polite, but the room itself was a letdown. The bathroom was tiny, with a raised step that made getting in and out feel like a fall risk. Its glass door was misaligned and banged whenever we used it, so I worried it might break. The kids' bed was above the main bed, and my wife nearly hurt herself getting up. I'd been happy with an Ibis in Chile, which is why I chose Ibis again. This time, that was my experience.
