The room seemed clean, the food tasted good and was reasonably priced, and that double shower has wonderful pressure. The tub is huge and works, although the water level drops really fast once the jets are on, so I wonder if there's a leak. The rest of the stay was disappointing. I'd stayed at another location in the chain and came in with high expectations, but they only had one robe when we asked. Our sandwich arrived completely wrong, and after we sent it back, the replacement was still wrong. We just took off the egg that wasn't supposed to be there. The sauna didn't work even though we were told to close the door to turn it on. The room seems to need maintenance.

The room and accommodations were clean, tidy, and well cared for, and the whole setup felt impeccable. Sabrina☆☆☆☆☆ was especially attentive, polite, patient, and professional from start to finish. Her care and friendliness made a real difference. We left happy and grateful, and she deserves recognition for the service.
