I love this place as a customer. They should consider adding a Sexy shop. Call me and I'll share a detailed business plan.

The room was very clean, but the smell wasn't good. The location is good.

We won't be coming back. The room faced Barão and had no soundproofing, so it really wasn't suitable for an overnight stay and we couldn't sleep. There was a cockroach on the bed that ran under the mattress, so the place clearly needs pest control. When I called reception, they didn't say anything, just put the key to the next room by the door. We arrived at 8:45 p.m., though the overnight period started at 9, and reception wouldn't let us in for those 15 minutes until they called the manager. She allowed it only if I paid the full amount up front. There was a discount, so they called her again to approve those same 15 minutes with the discount. We had fumigated our home (important information), and came here to spend the night. The room itself was okay, but the service and the manager's handling of things need an overhaul. She seemed unprepared and there was distrust around payment, though she was still in a good mood when she approved the 15 minutes. Maybe they've had a lot of problems.
