The separate living room was handy because I could shut the door and take a call while my partner slept. I also liked the terrace, the pool deck and lawn, the comfortable bed, good closets, and the hot water and shower. The buffet restaurant was great and reasonably priced, and room service was good too. The staff were extremely helpful. This will be my home in Belo Horizonte.
The rooms are cleaned daily, and the hotel has both a pool and a gym. We had a great stay, with excellent service and nice king-size beds, plus suites are available. Breakfast at the restaurant was excellent, and the meals were good value.
It's right in the middle of Savassi, with Patio Savassi just around the corner and lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Being pet-friendly is a big plus, and some rooms have kitchenettes for longer stays. The downside is nighttime noise, especially on weekends, so light sleepers may struggle. If you sleep soundly or don't mind the noise, it's an ideal spot.
I was there to visit a friend, so I didn't get to use the services. The lounge is large and comfortable, and surprisingly calm for the city center. It's a clean, comfortable, pleasant place in a great location.
The breakfast was very good. The room was spacious and nice, though nothing especially impressive.
