I wish I’d read all the reviews before booking. I saw people describing the same problem back in 2021, and it still hasn’t been fixed. The person in charge just thanks people for commenting and nothing improves. I know my review probably won’t change anything. At first we were welcomed well, but the entrance was already dirty. The elevator was worse, and the fourth floor looked abandoned. Inside the apartment there was a horrible smell, an old, filthy sofa, peeling dirty walls, and a disgusting bathroom that felt like a disease risk. The old mattress was filthy and falling apart, with springs that hurt, and the blanket looked like a floor rag and smelled as if it had never been washed. I’d booked five days, but as soon as I got up I asked to cancel and get my money back, then went looking for another hotel. This place caused us even more trouble. To the supervisor: please take action instead of thanking people for reviews. Close the place for renovation. We work hard for our money, and this needs a visit from health inspectors.

We finally moved to a proper hotel for our last eight days in BH before heading to the UK, and we’re both enjoying the rest of our time here. I wish we’d done that sooner. The shower barely dribbles, the rooms are old and dirty, and the mattress and walls were stained. This was advertised as an “apart hotel,” but there wasn’t a single pot, plate, or cooking utensil. The stove was ancient, and the oven had old food stuck inside. When I asked, I was told they used to provide kitchen items but guests stole them. Apparently we were expected to pack pots and utensils in our luggage, which wasn’t practical when we were coming from London. We couldn’t even make tea, so we had to eat out every day. Manager Liliana was very unfriendly and did a poor job managing the place. She seemed to hide in the little room or office by the entrance, as if she were used to the unhappy guests and constant complaints. Nothing seems to change, and she clearly doesn’t care about improving this pathetic “hotel” or making it worth the huge amount unsuspecting, tired guests like us pay. I could go on about all the other problems. Never again. Stay somewhere else if you can, and save yourself a massive hassle and waste of money.

The staff were really friendly, and I liked the location, right by a hypermarket and the University. It’s quite an old place, but comfortable. With two rooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a great living room, it seems better suited to living there than just staying overnight.

The pool wasn’t clean, but the breakfast was awesome. We ate until we were full, even after breakfast time, and the employees were cordial and had smiles on their faces. The room was excellent and the place was nice.
