The receptionists were very polite, but I didn't think much of the hotel. I had to dust the room myself when I arrived; the floor was dirty and had dog hair, and the bathroom was leaking. The towels were old and dirty. The air conditioning is programmed, so lowering the temperature didn't make it any cooler. Breakfast was terrible.

The garage was a real hassle. Getting to the second level took so many maneuvers, and the ramp between the first and second floors was so tight that only a Fiat 500 could get through without trouble. Any other car would need a patient driver with good skills. If my car had been bigger, I would've had to leave it outside since there were no other spaces available. I was disappointed with the hotel's facilities. For what I paid, I'm sure I could have found somewhere better. The pillows were awful, and when I asked for an extra one to make things a little more comfortable, none was available.

The staff were really helpful, and it's a nice place. But the room was cold, I could easily hear voices from the neighboring rooms, and the shower water kept switching between too hot and too cold.

The rooms were clean, spacious, and nice, and the breakfast was good, though not excellent. The attendants were friendly and attentive.

I was happy with the service, the rooms, and the price, and the view of the city was extraordinary. They also speak English at the front desk.
