Casa espetacular a 150 metros da praia

This was my second stay at Barbieri, and I loved it again. I enjoyed my first visit so much that when I decided to return to Praia de Guaratuba, I booked with them again. The inn is lovely, and the rooms are simple but really cozy, the kind of simple that works well. It's close to both the beach and Rio Guaratuba. They lend out beach chairs, which I used, and also rent bicycles. Breakfast is served in a beautiful wooded area on the grounds. I loved eating outside with the sounds of nature around me. The breakfast is simple and delicious. There's a bistro open only on weekends. I didn't try it this time, but on my first visit I had a few meals there and loved the dishes. The beach is lovely, long, and peaceful. There's a waterfall trail in the area, but you need to go with an environmental guide. I heard that Sesc de Bertioga offers the trail for free on Sundays, though I don't know if that's just during the holidays or a regular thing. I couldn't go because I was heading back to São Paulo on Sunday. The inn's team are attentive, and Mayara made herself available the whole time. I loved my stay at Barbieri again, from beginning to end!

We stayed at the inn and really liked it. The room was excellent, the beach is very close, and the area felt very safe!

Great location, first-rate service, and the best hamburger there is. It's well worth it.

The photos give a different impression. The bathroom is tiny, the shower control was broken, and water leaked out of the shower enclosure. The room was small but okay. The pool is very small, and I doubt it can fit all the guests in hot weather. The photos show an inflatable spa, but we didn't see one, so I guess it's no longer there. Breakfast was basic: bread, juice, coffee, scrambled eggs, fruit, and cold cuts. I missed having cake. One key tip: check the forecast, because when it rains, you can barely have breakfast properly. It is very close to the beach.
