Pousada Acquaville

It's a good value inn in a great spot, close to Enseada beach, a pharmacy, restaurants, a bakery, a mini market, and more. The staff were very attentive and helpful, and the triple room is a good size. The LG air conditioner worked perfectly, but the mattresses are overdue for replacement, especially the single one. Parking spaces are tight and confusing, with no markings. Breakfast was good, though margarine was available instead of butter, and every cake I tried had that familiar aftertaste of something made several days ago. I recommend it.

The room was comfortable, the location was great, and the service was good. I did miss a place in the room to hang wet towels and swimsuits. I'm lactose intolerant, but there was no lactose-free milk at breakfast. I brought powdered milk from home and asked for hot water, but they couldn't provide that either. Usually there's hot water at breakfast for tea and things like that. The internet signal was weak too.

Just got back from Bertioga, where I stayed at pousada Acqua Ville, and I loved it. Everything was clean, and the bedding and pillows all smelled fresh. The guys at reception were so polite and friendly. Best of all, there were zero insects. I’m terrified of cockroaches, and there wasn't a single one there. They must fumigate, because the place is so clean and there aren't any bugs. They've got a fan in me now. I loved it and want to come back, 1,000 out of 10 ❤️

The staff were all kind and attentive, from reception to breakfast and maintenance. It's a well located inn in Bertioga with a very good breakfast. The parking area is small, but it does the job. It could use some renovations, though, and having just one outlet in each room is a problem.
