The chalet was really well organized, and everything from the clean rooms to the pool felt well done. The service was great, and they made themselves very available, with easy access. This was my first time here and I liked it a lot. I definitely recommend this place.

We've stayed here five years in a row, and the CEO of the inn is exceptionally welcoming. If you want a proper vacation, this is the place to come. Best inn in Bertioga!

This was a terrible experience, and it wasn't worth what I paid. The bed felt like a board with foam on top, and the pillows were bad. I booked for two adults and a child, but there was only one double bed, so where was the child supposed to sleep? There were no curtains on the windows, so daylight came into the room early.
