The photos make it look like a basic place, but it felt abandoned. The first room they offered had mold everywhere and smelled awful. We asked to switch; the next room had no mold, but the bathroom was still terrible. The toilet seat was deeply stained, the window glass was broken, and there was a cockroach wing and lots of dirt in the mirrored cabinet. The shower gave strong electric shocks and barely any water came out. Wires were exposed, and the ceiling fan was covered in dust. They also have some strange rules they only tell you after you've paid: parking is only available from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m. Outside those hours, your car has to stay on the street, and the street behind it is in a community. If you arrive after 9 p.m., you can't put the car in the parking area. I don't recommend it to anyone, and I'll never come back.

The best part for me was how close it is to a beautiful beach. The street is quiet too, so it's a nice fit if you want to rest with family or on your own. The place is very basic, really just somewhere to sleep and shower, but that's fine for that purpose, and the price depends on which accommodation you choose. There's no service like you'd get at an inn or hotel, so you take care of everything yourself. The management is organized, and they share the house rules with guests ahead of time. I'd recommend it and will come back when I can.

The bed itself smelled awful, and changing the sheets or bringing your own won't fix it. It was like waking up smelling as if you'd slept for days in the same clothes you wore in the sea. The location is very close to the beach, but the street at the end looks like a vacant lot. The toilet was disgusting, and the shower is so old they wrapped it with electrical tape instead of replacing it. Water drains toward the room, too. I won't be back.

The room we saw was clean and neatly arranged, and the inn is close to the beach, so getting there takes very little time. Prices are affordable and feel worth it for enjoying the whole stay. The service was very good, with everything explained clearly so people asking questions aren't left confused. I'd recommend the place and will definitely return.
