We really enjoyed our three-day break at Villa Cris. It was peaceful and tucked away, with lovely beaches nearby, yet all the amenities were still within walking distance. I'd definitely recommend it.

The people were nice, the rooms cozy, and the pool was great. There are two beautiful beaches very close to the lodge, with waves for surfers of every level.

I don't recommend them. The attendants reply rudely. I never stayed at the property, I only asked for information on WhatsApp and clearly gave the dates and group size: 15 people. The attendant didn't answer whether anything was available for us and instead sent prices and dates for properties for 2, 3, or 4 people. When I asked if they had anything for 15, the reply was, “If I had one for 15, I would have sent it to you.” It came across as sarcastic. They could have simply said from the start, “Dayane, I don't have an option for 15, but I can show you properties for 4 if you're interested.” That would have been much clearer and more courteous.

The inn might be wonderful, but the service over WhatsApp leaves a lot to be desired. They really need to improve that.
