The elevator was terrifying. It shook, made horrible noises, and guests got stuck in it while we were there. The staff were rude and unwilling to help when the electric shower failed on our first day. The Wi-Fi was weak and slow, and the electricity seemed unreliable too. Nobody wore a mask, as if the pandemic had somehow vanished. It felt like nobody cared about the hotel or its guests. Avoid it.
Families could enjoy this place, with good pools, a gym and a game room, and it’s close to the beach. The service felt a bit disorganized, though, and the property could use some renovations.
The room was comfortable and very clean, and the spa had plenty of ways to unwind. The facilities were very good, and the staff met our expectations.
The sewer system needs fixing. Waste is going into the sea and making the beach water unsuitable for swimming. I’d avoid this place until they sort it out.
The location was good and the accommodation was clean and great. Breakfast was just average.
