The breakfast was generous, the location is great, parking is free, and there are two bathrooms. Sr. Barbosa also gave excellent service, though the strong cigarette smell was hard to ignore. But I stayed here last year, in 2023, and had a great experience. This time was a letdown because of the lack of cleanliness. The single room smelled strongly of urine, as if a small child had wet all the beds and it had reached the bed frames. There was dust everywhere. Luckily I brought allergy medicine: my daughter kept sneezing, and my son had a large, very itchy rash on his legs. There was a dead cockroach in both the living room and the bedroom, the light in the double room was burned out, dirt had built up under the beds, and the wardrobe smelled old. My family gave me a hard time about it. It isn't cheap, and unfortunately we can't come back.

The chalet was spacious, and we were welcomed so warmly. The man who helped us was very attentive. The location is fantastic, right at the tip of Bombinhas where the pier is, and you can walk to lots of places. Breakfast was simple but really good, with bread, cold cuts, juice, coffee, butter, and milk.

It was easy to reach Bombinhas beach, Lagoinha, Sepultura, and the town center, and having parking right outside was handy. There’s also a barbecue grill, and the place was clean. We stayed in room 102, where the shower wouldn’t heat up. There was no toilet paper, soap, or shampoo. The towels were very thin and worn almost transparent, and smelled like they hadn’t been washed properly. One mattress sagged in the middle, and another had springs poking up. The place needs maintenance.

We felt safe and were welcomed nicely. This place does exactly what it promises: it’s a row of attached units with parking, rooms, bathrooms, and a kitchen supplied with the basics. The location is perfect ❤. Bring your own toiletries and cleaning supplies to make the stay more comfortable.

The house is spacious, and Sr. Barbosa was friendly and attentive. Breakfast was very good and brought right to the kitchen. It’s close to the beach, restaurants, and shops, so the location is excellent. The place could use more attention to cleaning and upkeep, but for the price it was well worth it.
