A comfortable, very nice place with everything you might need for a few days.

We slept really well in the duplex, and it was comfortable, cool, and had a lovely balcony. All the air conditioners worked. But the downstairs bathroom kept clogging, so we could hardly use it. The downstairs furniture is very old too, especially the sofa, and needs replacing and rearranging. The bigger problem was parking, and it spoiled the stay for me. There are seven units but only three spaces. You can fit six cars by parking three rows deep, but the owners don't manage that arrangement. At 11 PM on a Friday, I was woken up and told to move my car outside to give the space to another guest. That guest never used it, and it stayed empty. I had to leave my car a block away in complete darkness. After six days, they finally said I could bring it back. They need to handle this more considerately. I won't return for that reason.

I fell in love with the location. It's on a quiet, peaceful, tree-lined street between Bombinhas' favorite beaches, the center, and Quatro Ilhas.

The double bed is good, the air conditioning works really well, the internet is reliable, and there are kitchen utensils. But I don't think it's worth the price. The toilet in one bathroom doesn't flush, and the kitchen cupboards smell strongly of mold. The balcony door wouldn't lock, so I had to put in a few screws to make sure it stayed secure. The parking is awful to get into, and there are only three spaces for seven apartments. Even being careful, I scraped my car's bumper. There's no washing machine, which made doing laundry difficult during my longer stay.
