Juliana was so helpful and attentive, and shared plenty of useful information about the local beaches and tourism in Bombinhas-Sc. The inn was spotless and had beach chairs and umbrellas available, plus a lovely pool. Our room had Wi-Fi, TV, a stove, microwave, shower, air conditioning, beds, and kitchen utensils, all working perfectly. We loved staying here and will definitely come back.

It’s a studio, and the beach and a supermarket are both just two blocks away. There’s a covered garage, but parking depends on whether there’s a spot available. I got lucky and found one, out of the sun. The shower has been cold for two days because the electric unit doesn’t work, and no one replies when I complain. They don’t provide towels, even though there’s a service fee and no service to speak of. It’s okay, but there are probably better places at the same price.

There are leaks and damp spots all over, and the air conditioning doesn’t work. The electric kettle is broken, and the coffee maker can’t brew coffee. Since cleaning is included in what we pay, I’d have expected someone to at least ask whether the room needed cleaning.

The pool was a real treat after coming back in the heat, and the staff were very attentive. The room itself is lovely, with great decor and all the amenities, and everything worked perfectly. Noise is the big problem: even the slightest movement in another room carries through, and you can hear what’s going on in the rooms and hallways. It was a huge distraction. Parking is also unpredictable, as it is in many places in Brazil. A small car should be fine, but with a pickup it’s hard to find a space, since only one garage is roomy. The others are very tight, though we managed by easing in carefully. They may offer the lot next door, but it has no electricity and the grass isn’t cut, so it’s not comfortable.
