Wonderful.

It was okay.

The mattresses were old and full of bedbugs, and my wife and daughter ended up covered in bites. We were also allowed to have music playing at whatever volume we wanted, so the place got really noisy and lost the peaceful feel it otherwise has. Our stay started badly when the owner said the booking was all set, but nothing had been reserved when we arrived. That gave me a poor impression of the management. The room cleaning wasn't adequate either, and though there were three of us, we got only two towels. For what I paid, I could have stayed at a much better inn in central Bonito. I don't recommend it.

The setting is really beautiful, and the swimming area is very good. The facilities are nice, with air conditioning, a shower, TV, and minibar in the rooms. Breakfast is simple but good, and the staff are helpful. On the downside, the road is rough and the place is far from town, and management is very poor. Wi-Fi only works at reception. Prices get excessive in high season: a set meal costs 45 reais, there aren't many choices, and a life jacket is 35 reais per person. Drinks are only allowed if bought at the inn.
