The pool was amazing, and the restaurant was good and inexpensive, though we waited about 50 minutes for our food even though the place was nearly empty. The location was really good, near both the beach and the center, and the rooms were good too. I just felt the cleaning was sometimes not thorough, and our room was always cleaned around 4-5, which could be late for some people. The shower water was warm enough, but sometimes not properly hot. Most of the staff couldn't speak English, which I didn't think was good; in my opinion, they should know at least the basics. In the end it was a good hotel, and I think I'd stay again, but I'm not sure.

The rooms were a little basic, but clean, and the location was excellent, about a five minute walk from the beach and close to lots of shops and amazing restaurants. As a British tourist, I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially the reception team. Hope to come back.

Everything was clean and had a beachy feel. We had a problem with the AC, and they moved us to another room. They also let us check in early. Everyone was really nice and helpful, and Marcos in the restaurant was a bright, smiling face first thing in the morning.
