The location is great, but the rooms need attention. The bedding smelled like it had been stored for a long time, the bath towels were torn, the ceiling fan didn't work, and the air conditioner was very noisy. The walls were dirty and marked, and there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. For the nightly rate, the room service and upkeep were really disappointing. Hamburgo hotel has given us a much better standard of accommodation before. The reception staff were attentive, polite, and always ready to help when asked. This place needs maintenance and an update, since it hasn't had one in a long time.
