I booked seven days, then added another three with six of my best friends. Everything went perfectly, and even a small problem was sorted out quickly and as well as possible. One of the staff, whose name I can't quite remember, maybe Chema, chese, chamo, really went the extra mile. She knows how to work with customers. I'd recommend it 10000%, and I'll definitely come back to this beautiful island and stay here again.

The staff are the real highlight, always helpful and kind, with amazing smiles. The place is cozy and pleasant, with beautiful views from most rooms. Its position at the island entrance, right in front of the little church, is handy, and the views are stunning, especially from the pool and the best rooms. Breakfast has lots of variety and changes a little each day. Recommended.

For the price we paid, the service was disappointing. We expected to be able to communicate in English, Spanish, or Portuguese, but there were several times when we couldn't get through, even though we really tried, haha. There weren't any breakfast options that suited our vegetarian preferences. The staff were friendly, but couldn't resolve some of the problems we had during our stay. It didn't feel worth the money, and we wouldn't choose to come back.

The staff were friendly, and the room was very clean. I’d stick with a regular room, though. The pool room felt old and smelled unpleasant, so I wouldn’t pay extra for it.
