Right next to the hostel there's a handy place to book a great boat day trip, and I went quad riding the next day. Everyone I met was friendly, as people generally are in Morro de São Paulo. I had a fantastic stay at Les Terraces in Morro de São Paulo. Rafa and his wife were so kind and helpful, and made me feel at home. My room was spacious and comfortable, with a breathtaking beach view. Breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented every morning. Lunch on their terrace overlooking the beach was unforgettable, and I spent the whole day relaxing under the parasol and enjoying the atmosphere. If you want to stay on the second beach, I can't recommend Les Terraces enough!

The breakfast was fantastic, with fresh squeezed orange juice and different cakes each day. The pousada is in a great spot. You can hear some evening music, but it mostly comes from one side, so it isn't too much. One small thing: booking.com marks the hotel as kid friendly. They have a crib, but a high chair at breakfast would be a basic extra to have. Recommended!
