The room wasn’t ready until after 6:30 pm on check-in day, even though check-in was supposed to be at 2 pm. The electric shower never worked during my stay, and on some days they didn’t do any room service, not even a quick sweep. When I asked about the air conditioning, minibar, and electric shower issues, the owner was rude. The facilities and service were poor for a pousada charging R$270,00 a night. I don’t recommend staying here. There are pousadas in the same price range with much better service.

The photos are very misleading. I was in one of the last rooms, number 13, with a terrible view over the backs of houses. Water runs past there and looks like an open sewer. It was impossible to open the window, so the room got no fresh air. At night, people from the houses talked, played music, and dogs barked. Neither my mobile network nor the Wi-Fi worked in the room, so I had to go to reception to use my phone.

The breakfast was very poor. If you need a shower after the 12:00H checkout time, they charge R$ 10,00 per person. Check whether you might be late checking out and arrange the shower in advance to avoid an unpleasant surprise. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!

For a modest price, the hotel is decent. Breakfast is okay, and the Wi-Fi works sometimes. Our room had one of those old wall-mounted air conditioners.

This is a comfortable place for young couples or groups of friends looking for somewhere to rest at night after a beautiful beach day. It’s right in the center of Morro, clean, with Wi-Fi and good air conditioning. But it doesn’t have
