Refugio do Leao

The place is beautiful, peaceful, and full of nature, with lots of activities nearby. The whole team was excellent, always kind, helpful, and ready to assist us. The underground wine cellar was a special touch, and the experience there felt unique. It’s also a fantastic area for pets, and my little dog loved having all that space. Breakfast is plentiful. Our lakeside chalet, lagos, was attractive and very clean, with good-quality sheets and towels. The house has a heater and a fan, and the Wi-Fi worked well. We were welcomed warmly and will definitely return. I didn’t see a single mosquito during our stay, which was amazing given all the surrounding greenery.

Refúgio do Leão exceeded our expectations. Izabel and Sérgio welcomed us with so much warmth and were attentive to everything. The chalet was clean and very comfortable, with impeccable bedding, and the view feels like a hug that invites you to rest. The Adega and its tasting were a lovely surprise, with something special in every detail. We’ll be back soon, it left us wanting more. Thank you for the welcome, Izabel!

We ended the year with a wine tasting of the 5 labels on the 31st, and it was such a special way to celebrate. There was great wine, plenty to learn, lots of joy, and an experience we’ll remember fondly. Laura served a delicious breakfast made with real care, and she was incredibly warm and welcoming. My friends and I stayed at Refúgio do Leão at the end of the year and came away impressed. It’s a charming place tucked into nature, with lovely flowers all around and that wonderful fresh outdoor scent as soon as you arrive. The cottage is cozy and beautifully decorated. Izabel made our stay feel special from the booking stage onward, greeting us warmly and checking in throughout. She even lent us picnic mats and games so we could enjoy time together. It’s a place with so much beauty, attention, and care. We’ll definitely return.

My husband and I had a wonderful weekend in the Flores chalet. It’s beautiful, cozy, extremely clean, and very well cared for. Dona Izabel and Sr. Sérgio welcomed us with so much love and attention, as if we were family. The setting is lovely, with a stunning view, lush nature, and a peaceful feel. We also got to see the other chalets, all immaculate, organized, and charming. The property has a lovely waterfall and the enchanting Adega do Leão underground wine cellar. We joined a tasting led by sommelier Nestor, and it was a rich, special experience, especially for wine lovers. It’s a welcoming, romantic spot to relax, enjoy nature, or spend time with family. We’re grateful for the stay and highly recommend it.
