The apartment would have been more comfortable if it weren't for a major problem: cockroaches were everywhere. The apartments, bedrooms, wardrobes, and bathrooms need better sanitizing and fumigation. Even the floors need cleaning. Thank you.

The staff were friendly and breakfast was good, though there wasn't much choice. The room wasn't very clean, and neither the pool nor the gym was clean. The furniture looked old and worn, like something from the 80s.

I stay here when traveling from Abu Dhabi to Campinas, SP, Brazil. The apartment has a dining room and kitchen, and at 44m2 it has a good amount of usable space. They've also replaced the carpets with wood or a wood-like floor. I was told the central air conditioning was replaced with new individual units starting in January 2018.

A small, pleasant hotel in campinas, with a lovely gym. Breakfast is simple, and the staff are very friendly.

The rooms are spacious, the furniture is new, and the location is good. The apartment numbers can be confusing, though.
